Residential Solar Install Process

1) In-home Site Visit & Design

During your in-home site visit we'll assess your roof, or land for a ground mounted system, to ensure your home qualifies for solar. We'll also analyze your utility bill and energy usage, design the appropriate system needed, and discuss payment options.

2) Site Survey

One of our trained site techs will visit the home to obtain specific information to ensure the engineering team has the most accurate data for building your system. They'll measure your roof, look at shingle quality, location & details of homes breaker panel, and any other pertinent information.

3) Engineering

At this phase, the engineering team will use the information obtained by the site survey to match the initial design as closely as possible. Some changes may need to occur depending on the physical information obtained

4) Utility approval

We'll work directly with your utility company to gain their approval for installation and ultimately activation of your new solar system.

5) Permit approval

Each jurisdiction requires solar installers to submit engineered plans to obtain building and electrical permits for the installation of solar panels on a residence. We'll work directly with your County, City, or Township to complete this process

6) Installation

We've gotten utility approval and obtained the permit so today is the big day! The crew will be on site early in the morning to commence the installation of your new solar generating system.
